We build in rest days for recovery so you’re ready for full training. Week 1 focuses on assessment—you might miss some sessions as we customise your Huddersfield fitness plan.
Both personal training sessions and classes typically run between 45–60 minutes.
Each session is structured to be efficient and effective — focused enough to get results, without wasting your time.
It depends on the level of support you’re looking for.
For personal training clients, we aim to complete your initial assessment and have you training within 7 days.
If you’re joining classes, you can get started right away — simply book in and jump in.
We run sessions from 5:30am through to 8:00pm, making it easy to train around work, school runs, and busy schedules. Whether you’re an early riser or prefer evening training, there’s a time that fits.
The Foundation Program is our 6-week starting point for all new members. It gives us the time to understand your goals, build a clear success plan, and establish the habits, training, and structure needed to make fitness part of your lifestyle for the long term.
