I joined the Empower group almost 12 months ago as I liked the idea of learning calisthenics, but I soon discovered that the other workout programs were also worth attending. I now go to classes 5 days per week and unlike previous gyms, the programs and coaches keep me motivated enough to still enjoy the sessions. Calisthenics, weights, and even stretching techniques are covered, and each class is tailor made to suit your capabilities. I recommend giving Empower a try. You won't regret it !
